I am no longer mirroring a complete archive of SkiJunkie's releases. I'm just making the .app available and nothing more. For those who aren't quite sure what this means, check out What JavaBBowl IS and is NOT.

The latest version is 8.9 and you can find SkiJunkie's original files - including the latest full installations and patches - at rr.com, geocities.com and no-ip.com.

Congratulations to all the whiners. Here's your new random number generator.

This patch consists solely of the .app file. Unzip it and drag it into your bbowl folder. This will not update the .jar file and the .app will not be used when using the 'play' link on FUMBBL. Please take note. Unless you start your games by double-clicking on the .app file, this patch will do absolutely nothing for you.

Before you begin:
I'm trying to make this accessible to those who need it most - namely computer illiterates. Don't be ashamed... I don't mean that in a particularly judgemental way. Some people just want things to work. I can respect that.

This really isn't that difficult of an operation, but I'm trying to be as thorough as possible to answer as many questions as possible. Please keep that in mind. The big long list you're seeing below may look daunting, but it's really not that bad. I'm just being extra cautious.

Attached are the JBB pitches I've been hosting. These will get an upgrade at some point, since I've been meaning to spend some quality Photoshop time making small, medium and large versions of everything. For now, however, download away and enjoy.

Hold your horses. They're on the way.

I could have waited to get everything transferred over before kicking off the new back end, but I figured I might as well work the kinks out in the process. I'll be working on moving JBB stuff over first, then onto the rest of the site.

{ edit: Fields are back up, as is Zy's "Casualty" sound, by popular request. I'd completely forgotten about the hosted files, but I'll get them when I've got some time to kill. }
